The Climate Science community in Africa learned with shock of the sudden passing of Professor Laban Ayieko Ogallo on the 20th November 2020 in Nairobi due to sudden illness.Recalling his wise words of counsel, his patience, humility and openness, it is easy to understand why those he interacted with are so profoundly saddened by his death.
